Arnold 2009

With Christmas comes one of the most anticipated invitation lists of the fitness world. From the moment the Olympia ends, the next question on everyones mind is, "who will be invited to the Arnold?" The Arnold Schwarzenegger Sports Festival is the biggest fitness event in the country. It takes place in Columbus, OH every March and kicks off the IFBB & NPC competitive year. Being invited to the Arnold is a huge honor as only the best of the best are asked to grace that stage. This show has always held a special place in my heart, especially after placing 4th there this past spring. Anyhow, I am disappointed to have to sit out this coming Arnold Classic because of my knee injury. I am 6 weeks post op now and recovering nicely, but it will take a few more months for me to be 100%. That said, I want to offer a sincere congratulations to my friends and colleagues that will be competing there in 2009. Here is the list of Fitness and Figure competitors.
