So, I know I have your attention now : ) One of my favorite treats that I have been able to put back in my diet given some excellent new ingredients is the good ole peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Here is my low fat version...
1 tsp Natural Peanut Butter (I drain the oil off the top of my nat peanut butter & love the Kroger Brand Creamy PB)
1 TBSP Sugar Free Blackberry Preserves
2 slices of Aunt Millies Light Potato Bread
Total cals for the whole sandwich is 130 Calories!!!

Cals 130
Fat >4 g
Carbs 14 g
Fiber 6 g
Protein 7 g
