What an incredible week in Vail, Colorado! This past week we were able to experience some of the worlds most extreme sports up close - professional kayaking, rock climbing, parkour, mountain biking, adventure racing, just to name a few..... The Teva Mountain Games are a 4 day extravaganza of fitness & heath in a fun, family-oriented incredibly active environment. Rick, Tre & I took part in the games through photography this time and you can bet we will be back for the fun next year. I will definitely take part in the mud run next time!
