Incorporating yoga for NPC Bikini and Figure competitors

For all of you NPC Bikini and Figure competitors looking to lengthen the look of your muscles and round out your physique, I cannot more highly recommend yoga. I have come to love including yoga several times a week, whether by itself first thing in the morning to wake up and enjoy the peace and quiet, after a hard workout to help cool down and stretch out well worked muscles or before bed as a peaceful way to bring your mind and body into a good place. We have plenty of stress we deal with each day. Yoga has helped me become more centered, kept me incredibly flexible and offers me a low-no impact workout.

I recommend that NPC Bikini and Figure competitors incorporate at least one full yoga class per week. At minimum, take 20 mins 3 times a week and go through your favorite yoga poses.
